Timescales depend on the complexity of the design and the current orders we have on. We aim to get designs and timescales provided within 48 hours of your enquiry.

The cost of custom work varies due to its nature. Our pricing is dependent on the time it takes to design plus the time it takes to print.

Design time is increased by complex structures whereas printing time is normally increased by colour changes.

We made many different custom products since taking on commissions.

These have ranged from huge storage solutions for a dart shop to an aubergine dart holder for a Dirk obsessed fan.

Most of our items are printed using PLA+ or PLA Silk. This is a plenty durable material for items that are due to be displayed.

We advise all customers to keep our makes out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours however items that are made to order (personalised items) are normally dispatched within 48 hours.

Anything over that and we will reach out.

If there is genuinely something wrong with the product we will order a refund (excluding the shipping fee).

If it is a personalised piece we will offer a replacement and for custom work, this will be discussed during the design process.
